Meet Our Team

We have a highly qualified, experienced and dedicated team who are passionate about the early years.

Just as every child is individual and unique, we recognise and celebrate the varying personalities and characters of our team.  They each bring an array of skills and experiences to the setting which enables us to provide rich and varied experiences to the children in our care.

Records of the children’s progress are kept by the key person and regularly shared with parents through our online learning journal 'Tapestry'. Your child's assigned key person is your first point of contact; should you need any advice or have any concerns about your child.

Each member of staff is responsible for a particular group of children, known as the key person. The key person will be shared with parents/ carers and they work together to ensure that the child's individual needs and interests are met. They help children to settle in and throughout their time at pre-school ensure they benefit from the wide variety of activities offered.

SEN Support

Francesca has been in the childcare sector for 9 years now. I'm level 3 qualified and have gained a lot of experience throughout the years. She believes every moment can be a learning opportunity and the look on a child's face when they discover something new is priceless.

" The staff are always welcoming, friendly and offer help with mine or my sons needs "

" Our daughter became unsettled at pre-school, the staff worked closely with her and identified that she needed to be challenged more as well as learning how to deal with a changing environment.  We were really pleased by how quickly the staff adapted to her needs.
